At SELECTWEARS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for more details.

1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or jewelry unless they are faulty.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

6. How to Return

We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item back.
